Technical Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Specialist who can help manage websites, hosting environments, domains, and third-party service integrations.

This is not a software development role. We are looking for someone who is technically minded, understands how web infrastructure works, and can independently configure and troubleshoot various online services.

Responsibilities

• Manage hosting accounts and website environments.
• Configure and maintain domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, and email settings.
• Set up and troubleshoot integrations between different platforms and services.
• Create and maintain no-code/low-code automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Connect forms, CRMs, email marketing tools, payment providers, and other business systems.
• Monitor website availability and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate with hosting providers and third-party vendors when needed.
• Document processes and technical configurations.

Requirements

• Experience working with hosting platforms and website administration.
• Good understanding of domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, redirects, and email routing.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or similar automation tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Comfortable working with web-based platforms and SaaS tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress.
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools.
