Technical Account Manager (AdTech/AceeX)

The company operates globally across all geos, maintains data centers in Europe, Asia, and the USA. AceeX actively collaborates with large enterprise companies, direct DSPs, and publishers. Their mission is to be the best partner in the AdTech industry, helping clients achieve maximum results in traffic monetization and ad campaign management.
Aceex is looking for Technical Account Manager with a strong background in AdTech to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate campaign execution across programmatic and digital advertising ecosystems.
They are looking for a Middle/Senior level specialist who is an autonomous, team-oriented professional capable of data analysis without requiring constant oversight.
What youโll be doing:
- manage and grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners;
- own onboarding, campaign launches, optimization, and ongoing account performance;
- coordinate with internal product, operations, and technical teams;
- analyze campaign KPIs and provide actionable optimization recommendations;
- support upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Aceex products;
- troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and integration issues with clients;
- prepare performance reports, QBRs, and strategic recommendations;
- maintain a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and market trends.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic, DSP/SSP, or affiliate ecosystems;
- strong understanding of RTB, CPM/CPC/CPA models, tracking, attribution, and analytics;
- experience working with agencies, advertisers, publishers, or ad networks;
- excellent communication and client management skills;
- analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools and campaign dashboards;
- ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously;
- english proficiency required; additional languages are a plus;
- high level of autonomy: a team player who can independently interpret data and does not require micro-management.
Nice to have:
- existing network in the digital advertising or affiliate industry;
- experience with mobile advertising, performance marketing, or traffic monetization;
- familiarity with platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Voluum, Keitaro, etc.;
- startup or fast-scaling company experience.
