🔴 the role

head of ppc to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels and products. this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on performance marketing expertise. you’ll be responsible for managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets, identifying new growth opportunities, optimizing funnel performance, and driving sustainable customer acquisition at scale. you’ll work closely with product, design, analytics, and leadership teams to accelerate growth across our subscription-based products in the us market.

• own and execute the user acquisition strategy across paid search and emerging channels;
• manage and optimize multi-million-dollar marketing budgets for scalable and profitable growth;
• launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns across пoogle ads, bing, taboola, quora, and other platforms;
• identify and test new acquisition channels, audiences, and growth opportunities;
• monitor key performance metrics, including cac, cpl, cpa, roas, romi, ltv, and roi;
• build forecasts, budget recommendations, and scalable reporting frameworks;

• collaborate with product, design, and copywriting teams to improve conversion performance;

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing;
• experience managing large-scale paid acquisition budgets of $1m+;
• strong background in the us market and b2c or subscription-based products;
• hands-on expertise across major paid acquisition channels and platforms;
• strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, funnel analytics, and large data sets;
• proven ability to scale acquisition while maintaining efficiency and profitability;
• experience with a/b testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization;
• proficiency in excel, google sheets, sql, and data-driven decision-making;
• ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and build processes from scratch;
• strong cross-functional communication skills;

smartyAds is a product IT company in the AdTech industry.
They specialize in programmatic advertising
and develop their own ecosystem of products: SSP, DSP, and AdExchange.
The platform is connected to more than 200 SSPs and DSPs worldwide.

Their largest and most established product is AdExchange.
DSP is currently growing very fast and has become a real rising star for us. 
SSP is currently the smallest direction, but they are now actively relaunching and scaling it.
 

They are a relatively small but very dynamic company with around 50 people on the team. Most of the team is Ukrainian, though they already have some international colleagues as well (for example, Ramiro from Latin America).

All products are proprietary in-house developments.
The company works exclusively with mainstream traffic and operate in white hat niches
globally: USA, LATAM, Europe, and other markets.

🔴 the role
we’re looking for a PR Manager. The goal is to own the full communications cycle: from developing a PR strategy to working with the media, building the personal brands of top management, and supporting Sales through PR and ABM activities. This is a role with significant influence on the company’s positioning in the global market.

🔴 what you will be working on

• develop and implement the company’s PR strategy for the global market;
• develop the CEO’s and CPO’s personal brands on LinkedIn and organize interviews, podcasts, and speaking opportunities;
• build relationships with media and journalists, secure publications, awards, and strengthen the company’s brand reputation;
• including pitching company representatives as speakers at industry events;
  identify and build partnerships with relevant industry associations and organizations (e.g. IAB Tech Lab, TAG);
• prepare presentations, speeches, and key messaging for executives;
  support the Sales team through PR, content, and ABM initiatives.
   

🔴 your background

• 2+ years of experience in PR within B2B Tech;
• experience working with international markets;
• experience developing personal brands for C-level executives;
• experience organizing conferences, speaking engagements, and webinars;
• experience writing articles for Tier 1 media outlets;
• experience with LinkedIn thought leadership;
• english proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+ spoken, C1+ written;
• experience launching PR campaigns with measurable results;
• understanding of ABM or experience working closely with Sales teams.
