Cowchain is a Web3 development company behind PixelVerse, StepApp, RetroBridge, Hybrid, Tenet, and 150+ other blockchain products with $180M+ combined market cap. We're a team mostly based in Ukraine, with some across Europe, fully remote. We build across DeFi, GameFi, cross-chain bridges, AI agents, NFT platforms, and Telegram mini-apps.

About the role
We're looking for a Project Manager to run client projects end to end. Most of your work will be with external clients—and from time to time you may touch our internal products too.

This is a Junior+ role. We're not chasing years of titles—we want someone proactive, fast, and ready to own the work. If you've already managed a few projects and you're hungry to grow into a strong PM, this is the right fit.

What you'll do 

- Run client projects from kickoff to delivery: scope, timelines, risks, daily flow 

- Coordinate development, QA, and design teams across multiple time zones 

- Communicate with clients directly: status updates, demos, scope discussions, expectation management 

- Keep Jira and Clockify in order so the team always knows what's next 

- Spot risks early and flag them before they become problems 

- Work closely with C-level and the Resource Manager on staffing, capacity, and priorities What we're looking for 

- 1+ year of experience as a PM, project coordinator, or in a similar delivery role 

- Confident with Jira and Agile/Scrum basics 

- Proactive mindset—you don't wait to be told; you ask, push, and unblock 

- Strong sense of ownership—if you're on the project, it's your project 

- English B2+ for client communication (we also have Ukrainian-speaking clients, but most are international) 

Nice to have 

- Experience with Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects 

- Experience in an outsource or agency setup 

- Tech background or solid understanding of how dev teams work
