The Middle Brand Manager in the Product Team is an operational and analytical role that combines deep data analysis with cross-functional project coordination. This position is responsible for monitoring the success metrics of brand initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating activities across teams without direct managerial authority.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor brand performance metrics daily (conversion, engagement, retention) and independently investigate performance deviations.
  • Conduct research and analyses, including funnel deep-dives, user segmentation studies, and competitive benchmarking; formulate actionable hypotheses and recommendations.
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, gamification mechanics, and audience activation initiatives from briefing through post-launch review.
  • Prepare tasks and briefs for CRM, Marketing, Affiliate, Game Management, and Product Management teams; track execution and delivery.
  • Maintain operational communication with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution in line with internal SLAs.
  • Maintain and continuously update the brand knowledge base, including competitor insights, market trends, and regulatory developments.
  • Provide informal mentoring and support to Junior Brand Managers.
Our ideal candidate
  • Strong hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Hotjar/PostHog, and other data platforms, with the ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of key metrics, including GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention (D1/D7/D14/D30), CPA, LTV (Click2FD), from both product and business perspectives.
  • Experience analyzing conversion funnels, user segment behavior, competitive landscapes, and generating data-driven hypotheses.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence/Notion for initiative management and documentation.
  • Ability to create clear, structured briefs for cross-functional teams, including CRM, Marketing, Product Management, and Game Management.
  • Basic understanding of marketing unit economics, including CPA, LTV, and payback period.
  • Understanding of promotional mechanics and gamification concepts from a design and briefing perspective (not configuration-level execution).
