Service Desk Specialist/Support System Administrator
Our partner is an international product-focused iGaming company and a B2B game provider with over 12 years of market experience, currently looking for a Service Desk Specialist/Support System Administrator.
The companyβs primary focus is on regulated European markets, with its products available across more than 27 jurisdictions.
Bratislava Hub. Hybrid.
Main Responsibilities
β Provide IT support to employees (remote and on-site)
β Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
β Handle onboarding and offboarding from the IT side
β Prepare and configure employee workstations
β Manage IT equipment procurement, delivery, and inventory
β Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
β Maintain IT documentation and asset records
β Support internal tools (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub)
β Assist with cloud access management (AWS / GCP / Azure basics)
Mandatory Requirements
β 3+ years in IT support / Service Desk / system administration
β Experience with access management, onboarding, equipment provisioning
β Experience supporting macOS environments is preferred, Linux (Ubuntu) systems will also be considered relevant
β Understanding of network basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
β Experience with ticketing systems
β Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
β Basic understanding of GitHub access management
Nice to have
β Experience with MDM solutions
β Experience with VPN or LDAP
β Administration experience in Atlassian, GitHub, AWS
β Interest or experience in security topics (Zero Trust, access control, endpoint security)
