Senior IT Recruiter
Seyos is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support our growing technical hiring operations on a part-time basis.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top technical talent for innovative clients across software, AI, fintech, gaming, SaaS, and technology-driven industries.
This role is ideal for recruiters with strong IT hiring experience who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. We are seeking someone with proven experience in technical recruitment, stakeholder communication, candidate management, and end-to-end hiring processes for technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT-related positions
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, GitHub, and other recruiting channels
- Screen candidates for technical capabilities, communication skills, and overall role fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Prepare and share candidate summaries, interview feedback, and hiring updates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay informed about current hiring trends across software engineering, AI, product, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and emerging technology sectors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Experience working within staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or fast-paced hiring environments
- Good understanding of software development roles and modern technology stacks
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
