About Us
Mamma Mia Covers is a US–Canada DTC company in the Home & Living segment and the exclusive distributor of the Italian brand PAULATO by GA.I.CO in the US and Canada.
Since 2018, we've built a recognizable brand in the slipcover category — patented product, two sales channels: Shopify (DTC website) and Amazon US. Featured in Inc. 5000, team of 40+ people, own warehouses in the US.
We're actively expanding into new product categories, testing new ideas, and building the product team that will take us there. There's real room here — new brands, new lines — and we have the budget and appetite to explore them.
Affiliate marketing is a channel we're actively investing in. Partnerships are already working, platforms are connected - now we need a person who will build system work with partners, set up analytics and unlock the potential of the channel.
The Role
This is an execution-focused role with real room to grow. You'll own the day-to-day of our affiliate channel: managing partner relationships, running and optimizing campaigns, tracking what works and cutting what doesn't.
You'll work with an existing set of platforms and partners — and have the space to find and bring in new ones.

What You'll Do
- Scale affiliate traffic channels to drive Amazon sales growth
- Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates
- Launch, test, and optimize affiliate campaigns and offers
- Monitor traffic quality and performance metrics (CPS, ROAS, reach/clicks/ATC/sales)
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams
- Research new affiliate platforms and scaling opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and brand guidelines
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 6+ months in affiliate marketing — ideally promoting a physical product (home goods, kitchen, fashion, beauty, or anything tangible)
- Real understanding of performance metrics — not just the terms, but what they mean
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (CJ, Rakuten, Everflow, Awin, or similar)
- English Strong Intermediate+ (comfortable active writing with US partners)
- Organised, curious, and data-driven
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Amazon's external traffic ecosystem
- Experience with Impact, Levanta, or influencer/creator affiliate networks
