Overview
We're a B2B SaaS (shared WhatsApp inbox + CRM sync, rated #1 on the HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho marketplaces). We already run an established SmartLead setup โ warmed mailboxes, lead-sourcing tools, proven sequence templates. We need one focused operator to run and optimize it.
Your one job: get qualified prospects to reply "yes" to a soft call-to-action (e.g. "reply yes and I'll send a one-pager tailored to your company"). That's it. You generate interested replies โ our sales lead handles the calls and closing. We are not asking you to book meetings or sell; we're asking you to fill the top of the funnel with people who raised their hand.
What you'll own day-to-day
โ Source and segment the right ICP (we sell strongest into WhatsApp-native markets โ LATAM, MENA, Iberia, Turkey, Brazil โ in services, real estate, travel/hospitality, IT).
โ List hygiene: email validation, dedup, suppression, keeping bounce under 3%.
โ Build and iterate 3-step soft-CTA sequences (spintax, deliverability-safe, no hard pitch in step 1).
โ Run sends across our existing inbox infrastructure; manage warmup, sender health, throttling.
โ Triage replies and hand off every "yes"/interested lead cleanly to our sales rep.
โ Report weekly on the only metric that matters: positive replies per week (interested / wants-more-info), not opens or clicks.
You must have
โ Hands-on SmartLead experience (this is non-negotiable โ you know campaigns, sequences, master inbox, warmup, smart-server/IP routing).
โ A track record of cold-email campaigns that produced real positive replies, with deliverability discipline.
โ Strong written English and instinct for short, human, soft-CTA copy.
โ Comfort with lead sourcing + validation tools (SmartProspect / Apollo / LeadMagic or similar).
Nice to have
โ Experience selling into LATAM / MENA / emerging markets.
โ Familiarity with WhatsApp-based business tools or CRM integrations.
