Creative Designer (Facebook Ads)

We are a fast-growing international advertiser looking for a Creative Designer to join our in-house team. Our focus is Facebook advertising across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets, primarily in the Nutra and Subscription (SS) verticals. 

We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, can create high-converting creatives, and enjoys working closely with media buyers to drive results. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design static advertising creatives for Facebook Ads 
• Adapt winning concepts and campaigns for different GEOs and audiences 
• Create new creative variations for testing and scaling 
• Collaborate closely with Media Buyers and Researchers 
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new creative ideas and hypotheses 
• Analyze top-performing creatives and implement insights into new designs 

Requirements 

• Strong proficiency in Canva and Figma 
• Understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing principles 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 
• Strong attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented 
• Ability to follow creative briefs while bringing your own ideas to the table 

Nice to Have 

• Experience creating creatives for Facebook Ads 
• Experience in Nutra, SS, COD, E-commerce, or Affiliate Marketing 
• Understanding of Direct Response Marketing principles 
• Experience working with AI tools for image generation and creative production 
• Knowledge of ad compliance and Facebook advertising policies
