Lead Generation / Business Development Manager (IT, QA Outstaffing)

About us. We're an early-stage outstaffing agency specializing in QA. We help startups and product companies scale their teams quickly with experienced QA engineers. We're building our sales function from scratch and looking for someone to drive client acquisition.

 

What you'll do:

  • Cold outreach on LinkedIn to founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering at small companies and startups
  • Find relevant companies through job postings, databases, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Qualify leads and book calls
  • Pitch our QA services to decision-makers (C-level)
  • Manage the pipeline in CRM, test hypotheses and messaging

 

You're a fit if you have:

  • English B2+ (written for outreach, spoken for calls)
  • Experience in lead generation / B2B sales (experience in IT services or outstaffing is a big plus)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Snov.io, and a CRM
  • A self-starter mindset โ€” structured, comfortable with cold contact and rejection

 

What we offer:

  • Fully remote, flexible schedule
  • Base salary + uncapped commission: 20% of a client's first payment + 10% of the second
  • Example: a client at $4,000/mo brings ~$1,200 in commission. Close a few and your income far exceeds the base
  • 2-month probation period with clear, agreed-upon goals
  • Direct impact on the company's growth from an early stage
