About us. QA Leap is an embedded QA agency. We put QA engineers inside SaaS and product teams — test documentation, manual coverage, Playwright automation. We're building our sales function and looking for someone to turn conversations into booked calls.

What you'll do

• Cold outreach on LinkedIn to founders, CTOs and Heads of Engineering at 9–50 person product companies (US and Europe)
• Handle replies: qualify, answer objections, keep the conversation alive
• Book intro calls with our founder

• Track what works and adjust messaging

   

You're a fit if you

• Write clear, natural English
• Have run outbound B2B outreach and actually booked meetings from it
• Follow through on conversations. Warm replies need working, not just logging.

• Are comfortable with rejection and with owning a number

   

What we offer

• $400/month base, ~20 hours per week, fully remote, flexible hours
• $30 per held intro call with a qualified decision maker
• 20% of a client's first payment. A $4,000/mo client means $800 on top.
• 1-month trial with one metric: booked calls.

• We provide LinkedIn Sales Navigator, accounts.
