Business Development Manager (IT Outsourcing)

Join.To.IT is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company helping clients worldwide build digital products and scale development teams.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who enjoys working directly with clients, conducting discovery calls, identifying business needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Our sales process is supported by a dedicated team, including a BDM Assistant, Resource Manager, and Account Managers. This role is focused on business development, sales, and negotiations rather than lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and qualification calls with potential clients
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Present the company’s services and expertise
• Lead negotiations with clients from the US and European markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare commercial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience selling IT services (outsourcing and/or outstaffing)
• Experience conducting discovery calls and client negotiations
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
• Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle
• Experience communicating with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers
• Track record of closing B2B deals

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Upwork
• Experience selling dedicated teams or staff augmentation services
• Successful track record of closing international contracts
