Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer in an outsourcing company
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with confidence in client communication
• Good understanding of web application architecture and client-server interaction
• Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Experience reviewing and testing project documentation
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, user stories, bug reports)
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience estimating testing efforts
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Plan and execute testing activities
• Analyze project requirements and documentation
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Participate in team and client meetings
• Prepare test reports and QA metrics
• Contribute to improving QA and development processes
• Perform other QA-related tasks assigned by the Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract
• Work with qualified opportunities received through Upwork
• Conduct discovery calls to identify clients’ business needs and project requirements
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and guide them through the decision-making process
• Lead negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities
• Prepare commercial proposals together with the technical team
• Participate in project estimations and pre-sales activities
• Collaborate closely with engineers, resource managers, and delivery teams to prepare the best solution for each client
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients after deal closure
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Ensure a smooth handover of new projects while remaining involved in strategic account development

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development
• Experience working with Upwork
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from discovery to deal closure
• Understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing business models
• Experience participating in technical pre-sales
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to understand clients’ business goals and match them with technical solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English

Will be a plus

• Experience selling dedicated teams or software development services
• Experience working with AI, web, or mobile development projects
• Experience growing existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Understanding of SDLC and software development processes

Responsibilities
Drive IT services sales from initial contact to deal closure
Manage lead generation efforts and develop new client acquisition channels (Upwork and LinkedIn)
Conduct negotiations with clients, including C-level stakeholders
Participate in project estimation together with technical teams
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling)
Prepare commercial proposals and oversee contract execution
Collaborate with delivery teams to align scope, resources, and budgets
Analyze market trends and competitors to support sales strategy
Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking activities

Requirements 
Proven experience in IT services sales and full sales cycle management
Experience working with SDRs and/or marketing teams
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Understanding of the estimation process and basic technical knowledge
Experience in Account Management and long-term client relationship building
Customer Success mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
Experience preparing commercial proposals and managing budgets
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Understanding of Fixed Price delivery models
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
Upper-Intermediate+ level of English

Nice to Have
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Familiarity with Lean and Scrum methodologies

• Має від 1 року досвіду на посаді Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant або іншій суміжній ролі

Ми шукаємо фінансиста, який вміє працювати з цифрами, знаходити проблемні місця, контролювати виконання фінансових домовленостей та впливати на фінансові результати компанії.

Ваші майбутні задачі

Фінансова аналітика та звітність

• Формування та підтримка управлінської фінансової звітності (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance)
• Консолідація та валідація фінансових даних компанії
• Контроль достовірності фінансової інформації та своєчасне виявлення відхилень
• Аналіз ключових фінансових показників та підготовка рекомендацій щодо їх покращення
• Розробка та підтримка фінансових дашбордів
• Підготовка презентаційних та аналітичних матеріалів на основі фінансових показників

Бюджетування та фінансове планування

• Участь у процесах фінансового планування та бюджетування
• Контроль дотримання затверджених бюджетів і фінансових планів
• Аналіз відхилень між плановими та фактичними показниками

Контроль фінансових процесів

Наш ідеальний кандидат

• Має від 2 років досвіду на позиції Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Financial Analyst або суміжній ролі
• Має практичний досвід формування та аналізу P&L, Cash Flow та Balance
• Має досвід участі у бюджетуванні та фінансовому плануванні
• Добре розуміє принципи управлінської фінансової звітності
• Впевнено працює з Google Sheets (або Excel)
• Має досвід роботи з ERP/CRM системами
• Вміє працювати з великими масивами фінансових даних, проводити їх валідацію та аналіз
• Володіє аналітичним мисленням і вміє знаходити причини фінансових відхилень
• Має хороші комунікаційні навички та ефективно взаємодіє зі стейкхолдерами
