We are an international consulting company working with international business structures and global financial operations.

We are currently looking for a Payment Operations Specialist who will be responsible for processing and managing international payments and supporting daily operational payment activities.

Location

Full-time office-based role in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Processing international payments
• Working with SEPA/SWIFT transactions
• Preparing and managing payment operations in banking systems
• Monitoring payment statuses
• Processing incoming and outgoing transactions
• Maintaining payment records and operational reporting
• Supporting daily financial operations processes
• Working with internal teams regarding payment execution
• Handling high volumes of operational payment tasks

Requirements

• Experience in banking operations, payment processing, financial operations, or similar roles
• Understanding of international payments (SEPA/SWIFT)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large volumes of transactions
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in banks or financial companies will be an advantage
• English is desirable but not mandatory
