Senior Product Owner — AI Products

What's different here:

 — No existing product. You form a hypothesis, call customers, validate demand, and make a GO / KILL / PIVOT decision within 2 weeks

 — Your KPI is not features in Jira — it's LOI, deposit, paid pilot, MRR — You lead a Squad: Senior Dev + Senior Growth Hacker 

— First 30 days: 20+ customer discovery calls, 4 hypotheses, first commercial signal from the market

What you'll do: 

→ Identify vertical AI products for B2B mid-market 

→ Run 5+ customer calls per week, validate pain and willingness to pay 

→ Define ICP, pricing, MVP scope and run 2-week validation sprints → Drive the product to paying customers and a repeatable sales motion

You're our candidate if:

 ✓ You've built a product from zero or pre-MVP to first sales

 ✓ You understand MRR, CAC, LTV, conversion — and aren't afraid of numbers 

✓ You can kill weak ideas fast, without attachment 

✓ You can operate at 60–70% information and keep moving 

✓ English Upper Intermediate+

Bonus points: 

— Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, automation, sales-tech, HR-tech, or fintech 

— Background as co-founder, founder, or 0→1 startup contributor Not a fit if: 

✗ You wait for tasks from the CEO 

✗ You think in features, not revenue 

✗ You avoid customer calls

✗ You need a mature product team and a clear roadmap
