AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a project focused on building intelligent solutions for the financial and legal domain. The role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience with machine learning systems and an understanding of regulated environments such as banking, compliance, or legal tech.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models for real-world financial and regulatory use cases
• Work on systems for legal document processing, classification, and information retrieval
• Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured financial data
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Ensure model reliability, explainability, and compliance with domain-specific requirements
   

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist
• Hands-on experience in financial services, banking, or fintech projects
• Experience working with regulatory/compliance-related AI solutions
• Strong background in NLP / document processing / information retrieval systems
• Experience building production-grade ML systems

Language Requirements

• Strong English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required for daily communication and documentation
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and deployment pipelines
• Experience with vector databases or semantic search systems
