Ladriam is an email marketing and deliverability team operating in industries where email actually matters at scale — finance, iGaming, gambling, and affiliate.

While most agencies chase DTC brands, Ladriam has built deep expertise where the stakes are higher and the problems are harder. What sets them apart is a rare combination: business-side email marketing knowledge fused with advanced deliverability expertise. Most teams have one or the other. Ladriam has both — and they’ve turned it into two proprietary products with little direct competition on the market:

  • Spincit — an email reactivation engine for iGaming operators, built on their unique CUP mechanic
  • Personilizer — an in-house deliverability tool the team deploys for clients, not available anywhere else on the market

It’s a tight team of four. The E-mail marketing specialist joining will learn a stack that takes years to assemble elsewhere, in a niche that’s genuinely underserved — with a clear path to Head of Email Marketing as the company grows.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An email marketing specialist who wants to own something and not just execute tasks.

What matters most to us isn’t a perfect CV. It’s mindset. You spot problems before anyone asks you to. When you hit something unfamiliar, you don’t freeze — you dig in, test a hypothesis, try again. You’re as comfortable saying “I tried this and it didn’t work” as you are sharing a win. You treat gaps in your knowledge as a to-do list, not something to hide.

Technical skills can be built. This mindset is harder to teach.

What we need from you:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience;
  • solid working knowledge of at least one major ESP — Customer.io, Klaviyo, Braze, or similar;
  • understanding of email deliverability fundamentals;
  • comfortable reading campaign data and making decisions based on it;
  • strong English communication skills, both written and verbal: you can explain what you did, why, and what you’d do differently;
  • experience in iGaming or gambling CRM — a plus, but not a requirement;
  • fluent English — must have.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • contribute to email marketing strategy planning across client campaigns;
  • analyse segment and campaign performance, turning data into actionable recommendations;
  • plan and execute campaigns across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation;
  • build and manage audience segments using behavioural and transactional data;
  • run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and CTAs — and actually learn from the results;
  • monitor deliverability metrics and resolve issues proactively;
  • build automated flows and triggered campaigns using ESP platform tools;
  • learn advanced deliverability techniques directly from a specialist — this is a core part of the role.
