Frontend Dashboard Developer / React Next.js

We are building a real estate intelligence and CRM platform focused on property data, owner profiles, contacts, CRM history, lead scoring, opportunity queues, source trace, reporting, and future AI automation.

We are building a real software dashboard, inspired by the best parts of FreedomSoft, PropertyShark, GoHighLevel, and CREXi, but as our own custom internal platform.

This is not a simple landing page or generic website project. We need a serious Frontend Dashboard Developer who can build clean, fast, organized, data-heavy dashboard screens for daily business use.

• Property-owner relationships
• Opportunity scores
• Lead queues
• Source trace

The goal is to create a clean, fast, easy-to-use internal dashboard that helps us find real estate opportunities and manage workflows.

Responsibilities

You will help build the frontend dashboard, including:

• Dashboard home page
• Properties list
• Property detail page
• Owners / companies list
• Owner detail page
• Contacts list
• Contact detail page
• Queues page
• CRM timeline page
• Source trace view
• Data quality page
• Reports page
• AI assistant placeholder and future AI-ready UI

You will also build:

• Search
• Filters
• Sorting
• Pagination
• Clean tables
• Profile pages
• Status badges
• Opportunity score displays
• Responsive layouts

• API integration with backend services
