Role Overview: 
We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer with a deep understanding of React. The main responsibilities will include the development of user interface components, refactoring and optimisation of existing code, and participation in mobile application development. Companies' projects are stable and long-term, with an active backlog of new front-office features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing a technical assessment of business requirements to ensure the possibility of their implementation within a reasonable time;
• Fixing bugs in existing projects;
• Refactoring and optimising existing code;

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer;
• Solid background in coding pure JavaScript;
• Strong proficiency in React 18+, including hooks, context, and modern patterns;
• Expert-level TypeScript experience with advanced types and strict configurations;
• Strong knowledge of state management tools (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.);
• Proven experience in building SPAs, PWAs, and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs;
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and CI/CD pipelines;
• Solid understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance optimisation;
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.);
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience with React Native;

We're building a cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) for Bookingagentinfo.com using React Native that connects to an existing WordPress backend. The web product is already live with an established user base and membership/subscription system. The app needs to authenticate existing users, gate content based on membership level, and surface core product features in a clean, native mobile experience.

What you'll build:
- User authentication via WordPress REST API (JWT-based login using existing credentials)
- Membership/subscription gating — different experiences for free vs paying users
- Search interface across a large dataset with filters
- Profile and detail screens
- News/activity feed
- Map-based event discovery

Ти очолиш розробку нашого ключового активу — мобільного застосунку AI-тьютора. На етапі від 0 до 1 ти власноруч закладеш фундамент мобільної архітектури, напишеш перші рядки коду MVP та налаштуєш процеси релізу. Оскільки основа нашого продукту — це голосове спілкування з AI в реальному часі, твоєю головною технічною задачею буде забезпечення безшовного, швидкого та стабільного користувацького досвіду.

Що потрібно буде робити:

— Розробка MVP з нуля: hands-on написання коду, вибір оптимальних бібліотек та побудова масштабованої архітектури мобільного застосунку;

— Інтеграція Voice & AI: реалізація функціоналу запису, обробки та відтворення аудіо в реальному часі (взаємодія з бекендом та LLM для забезпечення мінімальної затримки відповіді);

— UI/UX імплементація: тісна співпраця з дизайнерами та Product Manager для створення зручного, інтуїтивного інтерфейсу та плавних анімацій;

— Release Management: налаштування процесів CI/CD, управління релізами в App Store та Google Play;

— Лідерство: менторство, проведення code review та майбутній найм інженерів у свою команду.

Що ми очікуємо від тебе (Кваліфікація):

— Досвід: 4–5+ років у мобільній розробці (Senior / Tech Lead рівень);

— Технічна експертиза: глибокі знання основного стека React Native та розуміння життєвого циклу мобільного застосунку;

— Досвід лідерства: успішний досвід управління командою розробників, виконання ролі Tech Lead або менторства;

— Робота з аудіо/мережею: досвід оптимізації швидкості роботи додатків, роботи зі складними API-інтеграціями;

— Startup Mindset: фокус на бізнес-результаті; вміння знаходити компроміс між ідеальною архітектурою та швидкістю перевірки гіпотез на ринку.

Буде великим плюсом:

— Досвід роботи з технологіями розпізнавання/синтезу мовлення (Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech);

— Досвід побудови застосунків з моделлю монетизації subscriptions;

— Попередній досвід роботи в early-stage стартапах або ніші EdTech.
