We’re seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer (React Native) to building and scaling mobile applications for a Retail Brokerage business. If you enjoy working on production-ready mobile apps and want to make a real impact on high-traffic financial platforms — we’d love to hear from you.

Core Competence:

• Proven senior-level experience in React Native development for commercial mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with Redux for state management and RxJS for reactive programming.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Experience setting up and delivering mobile applications from scratch to production.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a web-focused team and integrate mobile solutions with existing BSG sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in FinTech / Retail Brokerage or other high-reliability domains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (design, backend, product).
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for effective communication in an international environment.

What We Offer You:

• Impactful Product: Direct involvement in building a mobile app for BSG brokerage platforms used by real customers.
• Professional Team: Collaboration with an experienced Web team in a structured corporate environment.
• Flexible Setup: Contract-based cooperation with a clear scope and timeline.

We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Engineer (with React Native Expo experience) to join our team.

Work Location: Poland (Krakow), Slovakia (Kosice) or Czechia (Prague).

Hybrid: 2+ days per week in the office, the rest remote.

The Mission

We are building a complex, real-time ecosystem for micromobility and logistics systems sim—where split-second logistics meet seamless user experiences. We need a Junior Front-End to work on the development of our Customer Mobile Web App and our high-utility Internal Admin Panels.

You’ll be the bridge between the sleek, high-performance interface our users see and the robust, scalable Python services that power the logic.

• Mobile-First Frontend: Architect and scale our React-based mobile web application, ensuring 60fps performance and offline-first capabilities.
• Operational Control Centers: Build dense, data-heavy Admin Panels that allow our operations team to monitor real-time logistics, manage users, and handle complex dispatching.
• Scalable Backend: Design and maintain performant APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django) to handle high-concurrency event streams.
• End-to-End Ownership: From database schema design to CSS transitions, you’ll own the entire feature lifecycle.

Who You Are

• The Architect: You don't just "write code"; you design systems. You understand how a change in a Python microservice ripples out to the React frontend.
• UX Enthusiast: You understand that an Admin Panel requires different UX "muscle" (efficiency and density) than a mobile app (simplicity and speed).
• Problem Solver: You’ve dealt with the "hard stuff"—real-time GPS tracking, race conditions in booking logic, or complex state management.
• Pragmatist: You balance the need for clean, tested code with the reality of shipping features in a fast-paced environment.

Will be a plus Led transformation of standalone product into scalable SaaS platform.

Why Join Us?

• Піднімеш проєкт на React Native і TypeScript з нуля й налаштуєш збірки так, щоб команда ставила їх на телефон за посиланням;
• Реалізуєш екрани за макетами з Figma, підключиш додаток до наявного бекенду - авторизація, контент;
• Зробиш головне: відтворення відео, завантаження на пристрій і офлайн-перегляд. Це серце додатку;
Google Play.

• Kanban у Jira.

• React Native на сильному рівні: структура проєкту, навігація, робота зі станом, збірки під Android та iOS;
• TypeScript і Git;
• Інтеграція з бекендом - авторизація, отримання й показ контенту;
• Публікація в Google Play та App Store: ти вже проходив цей шлях і знаєш вимоги маркетів;
• Figma на рівні читання макетів;

• Той, хто спокійно ставиться до змін. IT-відділ зараз трансформується: Kanban ми ввели нещодавно, процеси ще будуть мінятися (ми їх обговорюємо разом, але вони точно не застигнуть);
• Той, для кого робота завершена не тоді, коли написаний код, а коли функціонал працює в учня на телефоні;
• Той, хто каже «давайте інакше». Аргументована незгода з керівником у нас -нормальна робоча ситуація, а не конфлікт;

• Віддалено, повна зайнятість, на зв'язку з 10:00 до 19:00;
• Компенсація Claude Code або аналога;
• Підпорядкування - Director of Engineering.

• Комфортно почуваєшся в середовищі без детального ТЗ та вмієш самостійно знаходити рішення;

CashMine is building the everyday app for crypto money. Connect every exchange and wallet account, see all your assets in one place, and move funds in a few taps. Beyond managing assets, CashMine keeps finding new ways for them to earn - starting with payback, which returns part of your trading fees, already live on the web. The CashMine app for iOS and Android is next.

You will build the CashMine app in React Native, ship it to the App Store and Google Play, and maintain it after launch. The app is at an early stage, so you will shape its architecture and quality bar.

Responsibilities:

- Build the CashMine app with Expo / React Native and TypeScript, from foundation to public launch

- Ship to the App Store and Google Play and own the release process

- Maintain the app after launch: crashes, performance, SDK and OS upgrades, store policy changes

- Implement sign-in, wallet and account-connection flows with design and product

- Write tests, review code and document technical decisions

Requirements:

- 3+ years of professional software engineering, mainly React Native (preferred)

- At least one production React Native app shipped and maintained on both iOS and Android

- Experience building a financial product - fintech, payments, banking, trading or crypto

- Strong TypeScript and React, including state management, navigation and performance

- Working knowledge of native tooling: Xcode, Gradle, CocoaPods and native modules

- Hands-on release experience: code signing, store review, staged rollouts, crash monitoring

- A strong sense of ownership: you deliver independently in a remote team and raise problems early

- Clear, proactive written communication in English

Preferred qualifications:

- Expo, EAS and Expo Router

- Mobile or embedded wallets (e.g. Privy) and WalletConnect

- Security for financial apps: secure storage, biometrics, certificate pinning

- Push notifications, deep links and universal links

- Node.js backend experience

- Experience in an early-stage or fully remote team

How we work:

Culture fit matters more than anything else. We are a small, fully remote team that runs on trust, not supervision.

- Ownership: you own the result, not the ticket. If production breaks, you're on it.

- Accountability: you do what you say. If a plan slips, we hear it from you first.

- Written & async: decisions live in PRs and docs, so anyone can act without a meeting.

- Correctness first: we move real money. When unsure, we stop, check and say so.

Our stack:

Expo, React Native, Expo Router, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Reanimated; Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis; EVM (Arbitrum), embedded wallets.

Work conditions:

- Full-time, fully remote

- Flexible hours, with some overlap with Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9)

Hiring process:

CV review -> Technical interview -> Culture-fit interview -> Reference check -> Offer

How to apply:

Apply here with your CV and links to apps or code you built. For at least one project, describe the problem, your contribution, the hardest challenge and how you solved it.
