We're a chill young team making short-form AI video content for brands. No bureaucracy, no hour-tracking — we live in Telegram & Discord and care about one thing: hot scripts that perform. Crazy enthusiasts, Gen Z, outsiders — you're our people.
 

What you'll do
 

Write 10–20 short-form video scripts (40–60 seconds) per day for a range of brands. Every morning we want ~10–20 fresh scripts ready to go — the ones that hook hard and convert. That's what matters to us; the rest we're relaxed about.
 

The deal (a.k.a. why this job slaps)
 

• We don't track your time. At all.
• We don't care where you are or what you're doing — deliver quality scripts and the rest is your business.
• This is a creative job and we treat it like one. No 9–5, no Mon–Fri cage, no strict rules.
• Salary that grows with you: performance review every 3 months — or whenever you message us on Telegram saying you're too cool for your current pay. You perform, we all win, your salary goes up.
• Age, gender, location — none of it matters to us. Talent does.
   

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Creative Strategist, Scriptwriter, SMM, or Content Producer, Copywriter
• English B2+
• Solid grasp of short-form fundamentals: hook, body, CTA — plus hook rate, hold rate, and storytelling
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to write and speed up scripts
• Your own laptop and fast, reliable internet
   

A heads up on language

Our team speaks Ukrainian-Russian. If you're not comfortable with the Russian language, please don't apply.
 

Schedule & setup

• Mon–Fri, flexible — you set the rhythm
• Fully remote, work from anywhere
• Keep a second job or freelance on the side — totally fine, as long as you deliver ~20 quality scripts a day
   

Compensation

Salary in USD, with real room to grow.
