Junior Sales Manager (B2B, US/EU Markets)

Wow-How Studio is an international creative production company specializing in 2D/3D animation, CGI, motion design, and video production for clients worldwide.

We are looking for a proactive Junior Sales Manager who is comfortable communicating with international clients and wants to grow in B2B sales.

This is a full-cycle sales role: from finding potential clients and initiating conversations to conducting meetings and closing deals.

What you will do

• Search for and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery and sales calls with international prospects
• Communicate with clients directly in English (written and spoken)
• Identify client needs and present relevant company services
• Prepare proposals and follow up throughout the sales process
• Negotiate terms and support deals through closing
• Maintain CRM records and sales activities

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset

Will be a plus

• Experience working with US, Canadian, or European markets
• Experience in outbound sales (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach)
• Experience in IT Sales, digital agencies, outsourcing, or creative services
• Understanding of animation, video production, design, or technology-related services
