VIP Sales Manager
We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with 1000+ professionals and a portfolio of successful projects operating across Tier 1โ3 markets worldwide.
Right now, we are expanding our VIP Department and looking for a result-oriented VIP Manager who knows how to build strong client relationships, increase player activity, and consistently achieve performance targets.
About the Role
As a VIP Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of VIP players, maintaining long-term relationships, increasing player engagement, and driving revenue through effective communication and personalized offers. This position has a strong focus on performance, activity, and achieving business targets
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players
- Communicate with clients via phone, messengers, and email
- Increase player activity, deposits, and overall engagement
- Achieve individual KPI and revenue targets
- Develop personalized offers and retention strategies
- Reactivate inactive VIP players
- Monitor client activity and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to improve the player experience
Maintain accurate records and reporting in CRM systems
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in VIP Management, Retention, Sales, or Customer-facing roles
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or other performance-driven industries will be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset and ability to influence customer decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
- High level of self-motivation and stress resistance
Ukrainian and Russian โ fluent
