This role is designed as a Product Support position, focused on helping Product Managers and Product Owners execute efficiently and maintain high operational standards across multiple initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to product management, business operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced product environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Track the status of brand-related initiatives and tasks in Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency on progress, dependencies, open items, and blockers.
  • Document outcomes, decisions, and action items from meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Coordinate operational requests and information flow between the Product Manager/Product Owner and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor brand performance dashboards under the guidance of the Product Manager/Product Owner, including key business and product metrics, and proactively flag anomalies or performance concerns.
  • Maintain and continuously update brand-related documentation, including campaign histories, stakeholder maps, business requirements, and decision logs.
  • Prepare and draft operational communications, including status updates, meeting summaries, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications for review by the Product Manager/Product Owner.
  • Develop and maintain a foundational understanding of the business domain, brand operations, key performance metrics, customer lifecycle concepts, and internal tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure awareness of applicable business policies, operational requirements, and compliance considerations, escalating potential risks or issues to the Product Manager/Product Owner.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating information sharing, tracking action ownership, and ensuring timely follow-up on agreed activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in documentation, communication, or operational workflows and proposing enhancements.
Our ideal candidate
  • Basic understanding of iGaming KPIs: GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention D1/D7, CPA, LTV (concept level)  
  • Basic dashboard literacy (Tableau / GA / brand BI — toolset applicable to your platform)    
  • Project tracking (Jira) and documentation (Confluence / Notion)    
  • Structured note-taking and decision documentation    
  • Excel / Sheets at basic level (filters, lookups)       
  • Familiarity with brand campaign mechanics (acquisition, CRM, retention concepts)    
  • Communication tools (Slack, email, meeting facilitation basics)
