AI SEO Manager

Greetings from Switzerland! 
We are JettSEO and we help brands across all kinds of niches get found in search - and these days that means more than Google's blue links. It's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and whatever drops next month. We'd love someone to own that side of things.
 

The role You'll lead organic search across a varied client portfolio (lots of range here - we're not tied to one industry). Part classic SEO, part making sure our clients get cited when an AI answers the question. You'll spot what needs fixing and get to fix it.
 

What you'll do

• Lead our GEO and AEO strategy across accounts
• Get client content showing up in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other LLM surfaces
• Build the citable stuff - FAQs, schema, structured content AI loves
• Track brand mentions across AI tools and report on it
• Run technical SEO: audits, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, structured data
• Team up with devs to ship fixes fast
• Own reporting that ties visibility to real results - leads, revenue, conversions
• Run experiments and let the data guide the next move
   

Who we're hoping to meet

• 4+ years hands-on SEO
• Real, applied AI-search experience (GEO, AEO, LLM visibility)
• Strong technical skills: audits, schema, Core Web Vitals
• Comfortable with GSC, Semrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Good with data - pulling it, reading it, sharing it

Bonus points: digital PR, AI tooling (Claude, Perplexity, Jasper), a bit of HTML/CSS/JS, agency or multi-brand background.
