EVIQO Technologies is a fast-growing product company in the EV charging industry focused on the U.S. market.

We design and manufacture reliable residential EV chargers and are building an ecosystem of products that make EV charging simple, safe, and accessible. Our products have been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Car and Driver, ZDNET, and other leading media outlets.

We are currently looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Specialist who will be responsible for growing our partner sales channel and building long-term strategic partnerships.

 

About the Role

The primary goal of this role is to identify new partnership opportunities and grow existing partnerships that drive qualified traffic to EVIQO's Amazon listings and the company's website, ultimately increasing sales.

This role is also responsible for analyzing partnership performance, testing new growth hypotheses, and identifying the most effective ways to scale the partner channel. Increasing brand awareness through strategic partnerships is considered an additional benefit.

 

Expected Results

Within the first 12 months, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver significant sales growth through the partnership channel.
  • Expand the partner network by attracting new partners with proven sales potential.
  • Achieve strong utilization of available resources and consistently meet sales targets starting from the third month.
  • Establish a structured reporting process and a continuous hypothesis-testing framework beginning from the second month.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new partners to promote and sell EVIQO products.
  • Independently source potential partners through multiple outreach channels.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize performance.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
  • Design, launch, and test new partnership models.
  • Analyze partnership performance, commission structures, ROI, and overall business impact.
  • Calculate partnership economics and make data-driven decisions based on financial metrics.
  • Build strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations with companies, brands, content creators, and industry influencers.
  • Generate new ideas to grow the partnership channel and proactively drive improvements.
  • Work with Amazon Affiliates, Creator Partnerships, Influencer Partnerships, and other customer acquisition channels.
  • Continuously test and optimize new approaches to partner acquisition and partner development.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Sales, or Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Solid understanding of unit economics, ROI, P&L, commission models, and key business metrics.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Practical experience conducting business communication in English, including negotiations, meetings, and written communication with partners, without a language barrier or hesitation in reaching out to new contacts.
