We design and manufacture reliable residential EV chargers and are building an ecosystem of products that make EV charging simple, safe, and accessible. Our products have been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Car and Driver, ZDNET, and other leading media outlets.
We are currently looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Specialist who will be responsible for growing our partner sales channel and building long-term strategic partnerships.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills who can identify new partnership opportunities, grow existing relationships, and create new revenue streams for the business.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages existing partners.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can independently identify opportunities, negotiate partnerships, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
You will be responsible for continuously expanding our partner network, testing new partnership models, identifying growth opportunities, and building a sustainable customer acquisition channel through strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners to promote and sell EVIQO products.
- Proactively reach out to potential partners through various communication channels.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize performance.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Design, launch, and test new partnership models and initiatives.
- Analyze partnership performance, commission structures, ROI, and overall business impact.
- Evaluate the economics of partnership programs and make decisions based on financial performance metrics.
- Build strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations with companies, brands, content creators, and industry influencers.
- Generate new ideas for expanding the partnership channel and proactively drive improvements.
- Work across Amazon Affiliate, Creator Partnerships, Influencer Partnerships, and other customer acquisition channels.
- Continuously test and optimize new approaches to partner acquisition and development.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Sales, or Influencer Marketing.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience sourcing and acquiring partners independently.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of unit economics, ROI, P&L, commission structures, and key business metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English level B2+ or higher.
- Practical experience conducting business communication in English, including negotiations, meetings, outreach, and written communication with international partners.
- Desire to drive business growth and contribute directly to company results, rather than simply execute assigned tasks.
