About Us
We are Godspeed, a GameDev studio specializing in the creation of high-quality game content, including characters, animations, environments, and visual assets for a variety of gaming products.
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Junior to Middle 3D Artist who enjoys working across multiple stages of the production pipeline rather than focusing on a single specialization.
Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and optimize 3D models for game production.
- Rig characters and prepare them for animation.
- Support environment creation, scene assembly, and visual polishing.
- Create and prepare assets for integration into game engines.
- Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, and developers throughout the production process.
- Ensure assets meet technical requirements and performance standards.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across multiple projects.
- Contribute to improving production workflows and asset pipelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in GameDev or related industries.
- Experience creating and polishing environments, props, and game-ready assets.
- Proficiency in Blender or equivalent 3D software.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with modeling, rigging, and skinning.
- Experience in GameDev, particularly mobile, casual, or mid-core games.
- Experience working with Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
- Basic knowledge of VFX creation and implementation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows.
