We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and interest in financial data, market research, forecasting, and AI-driven analysis. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience, preferably with a background in Big Four / consulting / audit / financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial, business, and market data.

Conduct deep research on industries, competitors, trends, and market opportunities.

Prepare forecasts, predictions, analytical reports, and business insights.

Work with AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Structure large volumes of data and turn them into clear conclusions.

Support business strategy, financial planning, and investment/market analysis.

Prepare presentations, dashboards, and written analytical summaries.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analytics, consulting, audit, market research, or related fields.

Background in Big Four / consulting / audit / financial services is highly preferred.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Experience with financial data analysis and market analysis.

Ability to build forecasts, predictions, and structured conclusions.

Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Understanding of AI tools and ability to use them for research and analytics.

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.

Experience in investment, fintech, banking, or strategic consulting.

Ability to work with large datasets and create executive-level presentations.
