Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment;
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end;
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting, and validation;
- Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, OMS, or marketplace platforms;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as JIRA or similar;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences;
- Experience documenting workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

As a System Analyst on the Fintech Core project, you will define technical architecture, system specifications, and integration designs for a white-label modular fintech platform that enables rapid creation of digital banking and payment products.
 

The platform provides a complete technology stack including general ledger, middleware, mobile/web applications, and extensive third-party integrations for KYC, payments, card issuance, and compliance. You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, design robust system architectures, and ensure seamless integration across microservices while maintaining regulatory compliance and enterprise-grade security.

This role offers hands-on experience designing financial systems at scale, with exposure to payment processing, card networks, digital wallets, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance frameworks serving multiple fintech implementations globally.

Responsibilities
