• Research and evaluate new technologies or vendors (e-signature, bank partners, KYC/KYB, ACH providers, AI tools) and propose suitable solutions.

• Review system architecture, merchant processing flows, and API documentation to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
   

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Operations to define project scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Prepare detailed requirements for internal development and for third-party vendors; manage handoffs, clarifications, and test expectations.

• Support sprint activities: backlog refinement, planning, daily standup, sprint reviews, retrospectives.

We manufacture refurbished smartphones, giving them a second life.

We also have our own retail stores and an online store.

Our partners include the largest electronics chains, telecom operators, IT companies, and authorized Apple partners.

We have big development plans for 2025, so we are looking for a Business Analyst to help with this.

With us, you will tackle interesting tasks:

• Analyze business processes and research functional requirements of departments.

• Interact with internal clients, conduct analysis, and formalize business requirements.

• Create technical specifications for developers.

• Develop business process diagrams based on collected data (UML, BPMN).

• Break down the designed system into modules, consider class diagrams, and relationships between modules.

• Conduct user training for working with new functionalities.

Our Client is the largest bank in the Caribbean region that serves 14 countries/territories. The aim is to make this organization from a traditional bank into a new era of fintech, working on the edge of what current fintech may offer.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst / Data Analyst to define and deliver requirements for a real-time digital onboarding dashboard. This dashboard will focus on platform and operational metrics (not commercial KPIs), providing real-time visibility into onboarding performance, automation efficiency, and risk areas using tools such as Grafana.
The Senior BA will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to translate complex platform behavior into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and dashboard requirements.Key 

Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for a real-time onboarding metrics dashboard (Grafana)
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for platform and operational analytics
• Define and prioritize key metrics, including:
Onboarding completion and drop-off rates (MVP)
Time to account opening and activation (MVP)
KYC/AML manual review and false-positive rates (MVP)
Fraud controls effectiveness and incidents prevented
Platform automation–driven cost-to-serve
Conversion from applicant to active customer (MVP)
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to align metrics with real-time data sources and events
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech or banking
• Strong experience defining requirements for dashboards, metrics, or analytics platforms
• Hands-on experience working with Grafana
• Understanding of digital onboarding, KYC/AML, and fraud workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and higher.
