🌟About Role:
We are now looking for a top-tier Amazon expert who can take ownership of some of our important markets (US, Canada, UK, EU) and drive the next stage of growth. This is not a standard Account Manager role. This is a hands-on, strategic, brand-driven role for someone who can operate at a high level while executing with precision.
🔎What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience managing Amazon brands at scale (ideally 7-8 figure accounts or above)
• Strong expertise in: Amazon SEO & listing optimization, Brand positioning & conversion strategy, Product launches & scaling, Amazon ecosystem (Seller Central, Brand Analytics, etc.)
• Proven track record of growing revenue significantly (not just maintaining accounts)
• Deep understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior on Amazon
• Advanced analytical mindset, able to move from data to insight, action and result
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, PPC, marketing)
• High ownership, autonomy, and ability to drive initiatives independently
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
💼What you’ll own in this role:
• Define and execute end-to-end Amazon growth strategy for US/ CA/ UK/ EU markets
• Identify and unlock revenue growth levers (catalog expansion, bundling, pricing, CRO, market gaps)
• Manage and optimize listings: SEO, keywords, images, A+ content, storefront
• Own key metrics: revenue, profitability, TACoS, CVR, ranking, market share
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and average order value (AOV) improvements
• Monitor and improve account health, compliance, and suppression risks
• Own product launches end-to-end (positioning, assets, timing, performance tracking)
• Act as the central driver of execution across the Design team, PPC team, and Marketing team
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and improvements
