Your day to day

We’re seeking an energetic Commercial Project Coordinator to join our Commercial team to help drive forward our strategic project priorities across the function. Reporting into the Chief Distribution Officer you’ll play an important role in supporting specialists and leaders in our team to drive forward our portfolio of commercial projects like entering new markets and rolling out new methods of payment. You’ll be a passionate project manager with great organization skills who enjoys working with multiple stakeholder groups and juggling different tasks and processes.

This role can be based in any one of our hubs in Warsaw, Ukraine  with options for remote working. Having a global team and customer base, we provide a highly dynamic and international work environment with daily considerations around different cultures, multiple time zones and various business requirements from our customers. We work in an online agile environment, with teams in multiple locations with flexible home working options available.

About the role:

• You coordinate commercial projects in terms of entering new markets in collaboration with the CDO, internal departments as well as with IATA and our GSAs
• You’ll assist the team with the set up required to enter new markets
• You’ll work with our Distribution team to provide contracts & contract templates in terms of our products W2, GO7 Network and W1 Pay
• You’ll collaborate and coordinate with our finance department in terms of incoming invoices by General Sales Agents
• You’ll be responsible for setting up and implementing ways of working and processes for your area where they don’t yet exist

• You’ll support and collaborate with regards to RFPs

   

Requirements for the role:

• Demonstrable ability to plan and set up project management timelines, plans and critical paths
• Ability to deploy different tools and tactics to ensure projects and priorities are delivered on time
• Experience supporting cross-functional project teams
• Experience in terms of contract management and contract administration
• Experience working in partnership with customers and internal teams
• Some knowledge of travel industry, the value chain and how the airline distribution model works
• 3+ years in project management or commercial distribution specialist role
• Experience working with OTAs, TMCs or in a B2B/SAAS related role is desirable but not essential

• Fluent English. Knowledge of other languages will be a huge benefit
