ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are an international fintech company operating in the online lending industry and actively expanding our presence across multiple markets.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing who will be responsible not only for advertising campaigns but for the entire customer acquisition ecosystem β from the first interaction with a prospect to the final loan disbursement.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who understands performance marketing, analytics, team management, and how marketing directly impacts business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Acquisition & Growth
- Develop and execute the company's customer acquisition strategy.
- Manage and scale all digital acquisition channels:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- CPA Networks
- Affiliate Marketing
- Mobile Traffic
- Alternative Traffic Sources
- Ensure achievement of application, approval, and loan issuance targets.
- Continuously identify and launch new growth opportunities.
FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION
Own and optimize the full customer acquisition funnel:
Registration β Application β Approval β Signing β Loan Disbursement
- Analyze drop-off points and conversion bottlenecks.
- Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages.
- Implement testing and optimization strategies.
ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Monitor and improve key performance indicators:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) β’ CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) β’ CPL (Cost Per Lead) β’ CR (Conversion Rate) β’ ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) β’ EPC (Earnings Per Click) β’ Approve Rate β’ Signing Rate β’ Cost Per Issued Loan β’ Marketing ROI
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Manage and develop the marketing team.
- Set goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Monitor execution and ensure accountability.
- Participate in hiring and building the team as the company grows.
- Foster a performance-driven culture.
AFFILIATE & PARTNER MANAGEMENT
- Build and manage relationships with CPA networks and affiliate partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and traffic conditions.
- Monitor traffic quality and partner performance.
- Scale high-performing traffic sources.
- Identify and onboard new partners.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
β Minimum 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Leadership or Performance Marketing Management role.
β Experience managing teams of 3+ people.
β Proven experience in fintech, lending, online lending, banking, e-commerce, or highly competitive digital industries.
β Strong understanding of customer acquisition economics and unit economics.
β Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
β Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting performance.
β Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and business objectives.
STRONG ADVANTAGES
β Experience within a Microfinance Institution (MFI) or Online Lending Company.
β Experience managing affiliate marketing programs.
β Experience launching and scaling new GEOs.
β Experience managing large advertising budgets.
β Experience building marketing teams from scratch.
