Creative Team Lead Offline

Key Responsibilities
- Team & Process Management: Coordinate the daily workflow of Creative Marketing Specialists and Copywriters, allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Creative Quality Control: Review and approve marketing hypotheses, scripts, pre-landers, and other promotional materials before they go live.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly track and analyze performance metrics. Guide the team’s direction based on hard data rather than subjective opinions like "looks nice / doesn't look nice."
- Identifying Growth Opportunities: Spot bottlenecks in the current creative production pipeline and implement improvements to boost the team's speed and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Media Buying, Design, Analytics, and Tech teams to ensure seamless task synchronization.
Team Development: Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings, provide constructive feedback, mentor team members, and build a comprehensive knowledge base (standards, guidelines, winning cases).
What We Are Looking For
- Background in Creative Marketing: 3+ years of experience building high-performing ad funnels, campaigns, or creative angles.
- Leadership Experience: 1+ years of successfully managing a team (creatives, copywriters, marketers) with a proven track record in delegation and motivation.
- Full-Cycle Production Knowledge: A deep understanding of the entire process—from market analysis and consumer insights to scriptwriting, pre-lander development, and post-test performance analysis.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to track, calculate, and interpret key metrics (CPL, Lead CR, FTD CR, etc.).
- Industry Experience: Direct experience in Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive, with the ability to maintain a healthy, supportive team culture while firmly defending product quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling creative teams or a successful transition from a Senior Creative Marketing Specialist / Creative Lead role in large-scale digital projects.
- Your own proven frameworks for rapid testing of marketing hypotheses.
Experience building processes from scratch and creating structured knowledge bases that streamline the onboarding of new hires.
