We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead development of our next-generation patient experience — improving retention, simplifying refills, and unlocking new clinical capabilities.
The Opportunity
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key initiatives — from roadmap to launch. You’ll work directly with the CEO, engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to bring patient and provider experiences to life.
You’ll operate as the connective tissue between business strategy and execution — building systems that scale and delight.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Purchase Journey Ownership: Own and optimize the patient journey after purchase, improving clarity around next steps, prescription progress, delivery status, refills, and support options.
- Patient Engagement & In-App Tools: Lead improvements across product experiences such as medication tracking, appointment scheduling, referral flows, and other tools that support ongoing engagement and long-term patient value.
- Product Discovery & Strategy: Define product goals, align them with business strategy, and maintain a clear roadmap focused on patient experience, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, analytics, design, clinical, operations, and customer support teams to create intuitive, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Metrics & Insights: Monitor adoption, patient satisfaction, prescription fulfillment, delivery performance, retention, lifetime value, and support KPIs; use insights to guide continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager in health tech, telehealth, subscription products, or digital services; experience in the US medical field is a strong plus.
- Strong skills in product discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience with automation, integrations, mobile product experiences, lifecycle journeys, and platform usability improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience improving retention, engagement, conversion, operational efficiency, or customer lifetime value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for at least 3 hours of overlap with US time zones.

What You’ll Do
- Own product roadmap for growth, retention, and clinical operations.
- Lead discovery, define product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Translate business goals into technical specs, user stories, and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to prioritize sprints and deliver high-impact releases.
- Build feedback loops with patients, clinicians, and support teams to continuously improve experience.
- Use data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
- Drive alignment between operations, marketing, and product development.
Who You Are
- 6–10 years of product management experience, ideally in telehealth, subscription e-commerce, or healthtech.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams from 0→1 and 1→scale.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong intuition for customer behavior.
- Excellent communicator who can translate complexity into clarity.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing sprints.
- Empathy for patients and clinicians — you understand user needs deeply.
