Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our mobile products across iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional mobile experiences that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the mobile product strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Own the mobile product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI Design, Data Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Analyze product performance using data and user insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product launches and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Advocate for a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor and support other product managers when needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience with mobile applications.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful mobile products.
• Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, user behavior, and industry trends.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions while balancing customer and business needs.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with subscription-based or consumer-facing mobile products.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or other digital product industries.
• Familiarity with mobile app growth, retention, and monetization strategies.
