We are driving a project built around an expert with a powerful background and rock-solid methodology. However, our current social media content strategy is overdue for a complete reboot—organic reach and conversions have dropped, and old launch/warm-up mechanics no longer convert.
Paid traffic acquisition (media buying/targeting) is already fully covered by a dedicated specialist. What we are missing is the core driver—a Producer who will take full ownership of rebranding the expert, reviving the accounts, building a high-converting content ecosystem, and relaunching our product suite.
Your ultimate goal is to transform the profile from "just a blog" into a predictable, scalable business model.
Who this is NOT for (let’s save each other’s time):
- Media Buyers / Media Planners: Traffic generation is already set up; you won't need to manage ad cabinets.
- SMM Freelancers / Visualizers / Reels Makers: If your expertise is limited to aesthetic grids, trendy transitions, or posting "3 times a week for consistency" without a deep understanding of marketing, psychology, and lead generation—this is not the right fit.
- Pure Theorists: Authors of 50-slide strategy decks that look beautiful on paper but are impossible to execute. We need an action-oriented leader focused on execution and business metrics.
Your Main Goal
To completely overhaul the expert’s positioning, build a sustainable, organic sales funnel (ToFu 👉 MoFu 👉 BoFu) across Instagram/Telegram/YouTube, and achieve target business metrics (Revenue, ROMI) through systemic launches and content-driven funnels.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Strategic Producing & Repositioning: Analyze the audience and competitors, uncover the expert's new unique value proposition, and map out a refreshed "meaning and message" framework.
- Content Funnel Architecture: Design the customer journey from the very first Reels/Shorts interaction to the purchase of our flagship product. Every single piece of content must have a measurable objective and conversion goal.
- Expert Extraction (Sourcing Content): Conduct regular briefings, interviews, and deep-dives with the expert to extract unique case studies, methodologies, and stories. Translate complex professional jargon into high-converting hooks and value propositions.
- Streamlining the Expert’s Resources: Organize the production workflow so the expert spends minimal time filming or drafting content while achieving maximum commercial leverage (e.g., using precise script structures and batch-filming frameworks).
- Launch Management & Multi-Format Warm-ups: Develop and execute strategic content warm-ups (progrevs) tailored for free events, webinars, challenges, or direct sales. Adapt core messages across Reels, long-form posts, articles, and live streams.
- Team Coordination & Management: Act as the heartbeat of the content department. You will manage and coordinate a team of remote contractors (copywriters, graphic designers, video editors), ensuring deadlines and high-quality standards are met.
- Performance Tracking & HADI Cycles: Constantly analyze funnel metrics (conversion rates at each stage, CPL, CPA, ROMI), test new creative hypotheses, and rapidly adjust the strategy based on data.

- Proven Track Record in Expert/EdTech Producing: A strong portfolio of successful launches or systemic blog growth that directly resulted in revenue (backed by real numbers and data).
- Deep Mastery of Content Marketing & Sales Psychology: You know exactly how to hook a cold audience and how to nurture a warm base without causing audience burnout.
- Business-First, Metric-Driven Mindset: You measure content success by CPA, CPL, ROMI, and application volume, rather than just "likes, views, and reach."
- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to write clear Briefs/Task Specifications, manage a creative team, and take full accountability for deadlines.
- Highly Structured Approach: Your strategic thinking translates into clear MindMaps, structured tables, content matrices, and actionable step-by-step roadmaps.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Proficiency with automation tools (mapping out chat-bot logic via ManyChat/SmartSender, CRM marketing).
- Experience working on a CPA or Revenue Share model.
- Skill in combining social media warm-ups with email marketing sequences or automated webinar funnels.
