Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, as well as strong project management and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
1. Campaign Development:
Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple
channels, such as SEO, PPC, email, social media, and content marketing.
Develop a content calendar and oversee content creation for website, blog, and
social media platforms.
2. Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics, social media insights) to assess effectiveness and identify areas
for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign results, insights, and future strategies.
3. SEO and SEM Management:
Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings
and visibility.
Manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
4. Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Engage with audiences on social media channels and respond to comments or
inquiries.
5. Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and
retaining customers.
Segment email lists and personalize content for targeted outreach.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and
customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Communicate digital marketing strategies, performance metrics, and industry trends
to stakeholders.
7. Budget Management:
Assist in managing the digital marketing budget to ensure resource allocation aligns
with strategic goals.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to
maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
β’ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
β’ Proficient in data analysis and able to interpret metrics to drive decision-making.
β’ Experience in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce"
β’ Hands-on experience with Shopify
β’ Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
