Broker Manager / Affiliate Account Manager (Crypto / CFD)

We are looking for an experienced Broker Manager / Affiliate Account Manager to join our team and help scale partnerships with Crypto and CFD brokers worldwide.

Our company specializes in high-volume lead generation and traffic arbitrage. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong broker relationships, negotiating profitable commercial terms, and optimizing lead distribution to maximize revenue and performance.

This position is ideal for someone who understands the Crypto/CFD affiliate ecosystem, enjoys negotiations, and can combine commercial thinking with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with Crypto and CFD brokers.
• Negotiate and optimize commercial agreements (CPA, CPL, Hybrid models).
• Increase broker caps, improve payouts, and maximize deal profitability.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion performance, and broker feedback.
• Allocate and distribute traffic based on GEO performance and broker demand.
• Optimize lead routing and rotation to maximize revenue.
• Analyze rejected leads and implement recovery/recycling strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve lead monetization and operational efficiency.

• Track broker performance and identify new growth opportunities.

   

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Crypto, Forex, CFD, or Affiliate Marketing industries.
• Strong understanding of broker operations, lead generation, FTDs, and conversion funnels.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with brokers, networks, or affiliate partners.
• Knowledge of lead distribution systems, APIs, S2S postbacks, and traffic routing logic.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

   

Nice to Have

• Existing network of Crypto/CFD brokers or affiliate partners.
• Experience with affiliate CRMs and lead distribution platforms.

• Understanding of media buying, traffic arbitrage, or performance marketing operations.
