What matters most to us
More than years of experience, we value mindset. The right person for this role is someone who does not wait to be told every next step. When a task is unclear, they work to clarify it โ asking questions, finding context, and thinking about the end result. They take ownership not just of completing tasks, but of completing them well. They do not get stuck in ambiguity; they move things forward.
