Argo Brands is a US-based consumer goods company with four active brands — including top-selling Amazon products with 50,000+ reviews. We sell across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Retail. We’re performance-driven, data-obsessed, and growing fast. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who will own the creative testing machine behind our paid social channels — primarily Meta. This isn’t a «come up with cool ideas» role. This is a role where every creative decision is backed by a hypothesis, every test has a structure, and every winner gets iterated until it breaks.
 

What You’ll Own:

  • Build and manage a structured creative testing system across hooks, angles, formats, and offers.
  • Develop creative hypotheses based on audience insights, competitor research, and performance data.
  • Prioritize what to test first — and know when to kill what isn’t working.
  • Write detailed briefs for UGC creators: clear structure, pain points, CTA, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Source and select the right creator profiles for each product and audience segment.
  • Manage the production pipeline from brief to final asset.
  • Analyze CTR, Hook Rate, CVR, and other key metrics to determine creative health.
  • Decide when a creative deserves a second chance and when it gets cut.
  • Translate data into actionable creative iterations — new hooks, packaging, edits, or formats.
  • Analyze competitors through Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, Amazon reviews, and customer feedback.
  • Identify angles worth testing vs. formats worth adapting (and know the difference).
  • Build audience segments based on motivations, awareness levels, and unmet needs.
  • Brief designers, editors, and copywriters with clarity and creative direction.
  • Work directly with media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign structure and budget.
  • Push back — constructively — when creative looks beautiful but won’t convert.
     

You’re the Right Person If:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid social — Meta is a must, TikTok is a strong plus.
  • You’ve worked in supplements, health & wellness, or beauty — you understand what makes US consumers trust a brand and buy.
  • You know what a strong hook looks like — and can write one.
  • You think in systems: backlogs, test structures, iteration cycles.
  • You can tell the difference between a premium creative and a direct response creative — and know when to use which.
  • You’ve worked with UGC creators before: you know how to brief them, source them, and get the performance out of them.
  • You understand landing page logic — the ad promise has to match what the user sees after the click.
  • You’re proactive: you spot format fatigue before it tanks results and bring solutions, not just observations.
     

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Direct experience with supplement or beauty brands on Meta/TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager at a structural level (campaign architecture, audience logic, creative testing frameworks).
  • Experience building or scaling a creative testing operation from scratch.
  • Strong copywriting skills — hooks, CTAs, ad copy that doesn’t ramble.
