Technical Account Manager (AdTech/TeqBlaze)
TechBlaze is a well-established international AdTech company developing advanced white-label solutions: SSP, DSP, and AdExchange.
They started the journey 7 years ago as a venture-backed project, and for the past 2 years, they have been operating as a fully independent company. Their business is actively scaling, doubling in size every year, and today our team counts over 100 professionals.
They work with the global market (the US, Europe, LATAM), and their ICP includes top-tier American and international companies, publishers, and DSP clients that work with high-level brands.
They have clearly established processes and a portfolio of ~60 stable clients, so you will be joining a structured, system-driven business rather than a chaotic startup.
Right now, TeqBlaze is expanding their Client Service team and looking for an autonomous Technical Support Specialist. This is a purely reactive role: no cold outreach, sales targets, or upselling involved. Your primary focus will be high-quality technical troubleshooting and client assistance.
What you will be doing:
- act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships;
- communicate with partners via Slack, email, and Google Meets;
- investigate and resolve technical and operational issues reported by clients;
- create bug reports and technical tasks in Jira, monitor deadlines, and keep clients updated on progress;
- guide clients through platform features and settings, consulting them on AdTech best practices;
- actively collaborate with the technical (Dev), product, and growth teams to ensure fast case resolution.
Your background:
- 1+ year of experience in AdTech (DSP, SSP, programmatic ecosystem);
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role;
- fluent written and spoken English for confident day-to-day calls;
- readiness to work evening shifts (from 2:00pm to 11:00pm or 3:00pm to 12:00am) to overlap with client hours in the US and LATAM markets;
- proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis;
- ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner, strong team spirit, and excellent multitasking/prioritization skills.
Nice to have:
- direct experience working with B2B clients;
- knowledge of Spanish at any level.
