About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Analyst/Junior Executive Analyst who is extremely structured, fast-learning, and comfortable working in a high-speed, data-driven environment.

This is not a traditional “reporting” role.

You will be responsible for turning raw business and retail data into actionable insights that directly influence sales execution, operations, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has an exceptional academic background, strong learning ability, and a highly disciplined approach to work.

We are looking for someone who demonstrated outstanding academic performance and can quickly absorb new information, work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with high standards of accuracy and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Data & Analytics

• Analyze retail execution and sales performance data
• Build structured reports and actionable insights
• Track key KPIs and operational metrics
• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations

Operations & Execution

• Maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources
• Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in performance data
• Support improvements in data collection and reporting processes

Business Support

• Translate business questions into analytical outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on execution insights
• Assist in performance tracking across markets and clients

Requirements

• Recent graduate with exceptional academic performance (Red Diploma/highest honors or equivalent)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and structured mindset
• English level: B2–C1 (required)
• Ability to work in New York (EST) time zone (fixed schedule)
• Strong ability to learn fast and work with complex data

Preference will be given to candidates with verified academic excellence (top graduates, honors degree, equivalent distinction).
