The platform is connected to more than 200 SSPs and DSPs worldwide.
- SmartyAds DSP provides advertisers with a multi-channel solution, advanced analytics, an all-in-one platform, precise targeting, and traffic verification tools.
- SmartyAds SSP enables app and website publishers to effectively monetize their traffic through advanced monetization tools.
All products are proprietary in-house developments.
The company works exclusively with mainstream traffic and does not operate in gray niches.

π― Weβre looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale partnerships with publishers and advertisers across international markets.
Your background:
- 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales Support / Outbound / Research roles;
- english level B1 or higher;
- hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, or similar prospecting tools;
- familiarity with automated scraping or enrichment tools (Clay, PhantomBuster, Apify, Hunter.io, or equivalents);
- experience in searching for information and contacts using open sources;
- ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and large volumes of repetitive tasks;
- experience in digital advertising, AdTech, publishers, or B2B outbound will be a plus.
What you will be doing:
- identify, research, and build targeted lists of potential partners β publishers for MCM, DSPs, and SSPs β across the US, Europe, APAC, and LATAM markets;
- find the right decision-makers within target companies and gather verified contact details (email, LinkedIn, in-house and third-party analytics tools, direct contacts);
- use AI tools, automated scraping, and data enrichment pipelines to scale lead generation beyond manual research;
- build and run automated or semi-automated prospecting workflows;
- enroll prospects into personalized email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified interest;
- continuously research new lead sources, databases, and industry-specific platforms to expand the pipeline;
- maintain and update CRM and lead tracking tools, ensuring data accuracy and clear progress tracking.
