Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with experience in Asian markets to develop the social traffic direction. The main focus will be on Telegram channels, WhatsApp communities, review/rating websites, and other social traffic sources.

We need a specialist who deeply understands the specifics of Asian GEOs, can build long-term relationships with partners, negotiate RS / CPA / Hybrid deals, and scale active affiliates.

Experience working with Asian markets is mandatory. Experience with social traffic sources will be a strong advantage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Proven experience working with Asian markets
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with RS / CPA / Hybrid models
• Ability to negotiate commercial terms and close partnership deals
• Experience working with social traffic sources:
  • Telegram channels
  • WhatsApp communities
  • Review/rating websites
  • Local communities
• Strong skills in partner sourcing, onboarding, and development
• English proficiency sufficient for daily business communication
• Ability to independently manage partners from the first contact to launch and scaling

Responsibilities

• Search for and onboard new affiliate partners across Asian markets
• Manage and develop social traffic channels: Telegram, WhatsApp, review/rating websites, and other sources
• Develop and maintain the current affiliate partner base
• Negotiate partnership models: RS / CPA / Hybrid
• Scale active partners and increase traffic volumes
• Analyze traffic source performance and identify new growth opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with partners and expand the network within the region

Nice to Have

• Own network/database of affiliate contacts in Asia
• Understanding of local GEO specifics: PH, ID, BD, and other Asian markets
• Experience working with influencers and local communities
• Experience in the iGaming / Betting vertical
