Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners
- Develop and maintain long-term affiliate relationships
- Negotiate CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share deals
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns
- Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and profitability
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams
- Attend industry conferences and networking events
Requirements:
- 2+ years of affiliate management experience within iGaming
- Proven experience working with LATAM affiliates is a must
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and performance-focused approach
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
