We are hiring a sharp, scrappy, and strategically minded Corporate Recruiter. We don't need an agency paper-pusher or someone who relies on expensive executive search firms to do the heavy lifting. We need an in-house talent hunter who knows how to unearth elite professionals natively, negotiate fiercely to protect company capital, and keep pace with a rapid hiring firehose.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute High-Velocity Native Sourcing: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple pipelines simultaneously. You will aggressively source top-tier talent directly across a diverse mix of global and regional platforms (including Indeed, Juicebox, Djinni, Habr Career, and specialized tech ecosystems) to minimize third-party agency fees.
- Conduct Initial Screening & Interviews: Act as the first line of assessment, conducting rigorous initial outreach and interviews to vet candidates for senior engineering, data, and product roles. You must be able to screen not just for technical keywords, but for high independent judgment, operational maturity, and a candidate's readiness to work in high-efficiency, AI-accelerated environments.
- Master Complex Salary Negotiations: Drive all candidate offers and compensation conversations. You will operate under strict corporate salary caps and labor rate matrices, ensuring we secure top-tier talent at or below policy limits while building highly analytical exception business cases only when absolutely critical.
- Build and Manage Contingency Pipelines: Mitigate project risk by proactively establishing deep benches of fallback candidates and regional contractor bridges, ensuring that if a primary offer fails, a vetted backup is ready to step in immediately.
- Streamline the Onboarding Funnel: Coordinate seamlessly with internal engineering leads and program management to move candidates from initial screen to technical interview to signed offer in days, not weeks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency (High Priority): Fluency in English is required. Bonus points if you speak Arabic or CIS languages (e.g., Russian, Ukrainian), enabling you to interface seamlessly with regional stakeholders and tap directly into key international tech talent corridors like Djinni and Habr.
- 5+ Years of Full-Cycle Recruiting Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced corporate environment or an agile tech scale-up, with deep experience navigating international tech talent marketplaces.
- Demonstrated Cost-Efficiency: A proven history of keeping cost-per-hire low by utilizing creative, direct sourcing methodologies across developer-centric platforms rather than relying on expensive premium executive-search firms.
- Expert Negotiation Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen with a track record of successfully managing salary expectations, navigating corporate bands, and closing candidates effectively without over-spending.
- High Technical Literacy: While you aren't writing code, you know how to screen for senior-level capability across software engineering (.NET Core, Azure, Python, Flutter), data analytics (Power BI), QA, and agile product management.
- Ruthless Prioritization: Ability to stay organized, communicative, and focused while handling a high volume of open requisitions under aggressive timelines.
