SAP HCM / Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Architect

For a long-term project within the Porsche AG ecosystem, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM Integration Architect / Senior Developer to support the implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with SAP HCM systems. The project focuses on complex SAP-to-Cloud HR integrations within an international enterprise environment.

• Duration: Until December 2027
• Workload: Full-time preferred (minimum 60% possible)

• Language: English mandatory, German is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and SAP HCM
• Analyze and optimize HR master data integration processes
• Develop and enhance ABAP-based integration solutions
• Work with IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, BAdIs, and User Exits
• Support SAP-to-Cloud integration architecture and technical solution design
• Collaborate closely with international project teams and stakeholders
• Ensure stable and scalable integration processes within enterprise HR landscapes

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM:
  • PA
  • OM
  • Payroll
  • Time Management
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Developer in SAP-to-Cloud integration projects
• Strong ABAP development expertise
• Practical experience with:
  • BAdIs
  • User Exits
  • IDocs
  • RFCs
  • Web Services
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM infotype architecture and data models
• Solid understanding of HR master data structures in both SAP and Oracle environments
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations is a strong plus:
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • HSDL
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Fluent English required
• German language skills are highly beneficial

Nice to Have

• Experience in large international enterprise transformation programs
• Automotive industry background
• Experience within hybrid SAP + Cloud HR environments

Additional Information

• On-call, weekend, and night support may occasionally be required depending on the project phase.
