Community Manager

We are seeking a native Arabic speaker to be the voice of our brand across communities and social media in the Gulf region.
This role goes far beyond simply writing content.
We need someone with a deep understanding of Gulf culture, local humor, sports, and gaming communities, as well as the ability to naturally engage users, manage conversations, build rapport with audiences, and build strong communities in Arabic-speaking regions.

Requirements
- MUST-HAVE: Native Arabic speaker with fluent Khaleeji / Gulf Arabic dialect (strict requirement)
- Deep understanding of Gulf-region culture, humor, slang, communication style, and online behavior
- Experience as a Community Manager, Support Specialist, Moderator, or Social Media Manager
- Experience managing Telegram communities and Discord servers
- Experience working with MENA or Tier 3
- Ability to organize local activities, interactive discussions, and community engagement events
- Strong communication skills and confidence in active audience interaction, including voice channels and live community discussions
- Experience with script-based sales or user warm-up communication in Instagram/X Direct Messages
- Ability to adapt communication style while maintaining a consistent tone of voice
- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced community environments and respond quickly to audience activity

Responsibilities
- Create all text content, offers, social media copy, contest mechanics, and communication materials strictly in native Khaleeji / Gulf Arabic dialect
- Adapt all communication to the brand’s tone of voice and local cultural context
- Manage incoming messages, comments, and community interactions across Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and other platforms
- Respond quickly to users, handle objections, reduce negativity, and turn conflict situations into positive engagement using local humor and cultural references
- Conduct scripted warm-up and engagement conversations in Direct Messages and private chats
- Fully manage private community hubs including Telegram channels and Discord servers
- Moderate chats, maintain activity, and stimulate discussions around sports, betting, CS2 tournaments, entertainment topics, and community events
- Organize local interactive activities during major sports/esports events, including giveaways, free bets, skins, and community contests
- Build long-term audience loyalty and maintain active communication with players and community members
- Collaborate closely with SMM, CRM, Influencer, and Traffic teams to align messaging and community engagement strategies
