Senior Fund Accountant

Summary

We are a leading fund administration firm for venture capital and private equity funds. We handle their back-office, from accounting to compliance. We are looking for a remote VC Controller to manage the full accounting cycle and investor reporting for a portfolio of VC clients.  

What You’ll Do 😉

Fund Accounting: Handle capital calls, distributions, management fees, and waterfall models.  

Financials & Audits: Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements (US GAAP) and coordinate audits.  

Investor Relations: Prepare capital statements, K-1s, and answer LP questions.  

Treasury & Compliance: Monitor fund liquidity, track cash flows, and ensure compliance with LPA rules.  

Requirements 😉

Active CPA (or international equivalent like ACCA, CA).  
3+ years of fund accounting experience (VC/PE or fund admin preferred).  
Proficiency with fund platforms (Carta, Allvue, Juniper Square, etc.) and strong Excel skills.  
Fluent English.  

Nice-to-Have

Experience working with US funds remotely.
